How We Work

At your first visit we will carry out a thirty minute consultation to make an assessment of your medical history and present dental condition.  We will also take this opportunity to discuss your individual needs and goals.  Following this visit, you will receive a comprehensive written treatment plan.  Treatment plans are always provided whenever complex procedures are indicated.

We will ensure that you are fully aware of our fees and the likely cost of any procedures before the start of any treatment

Prevention is a very important part of the way we will work together to optimise your dental health.  We have two highly experienced Dental Hygienists in our practice, who will clean your teeth and give you personalised oral hygiene and dietary advice as part of their service. 

We appreciate that our patients lead busy lives and we will aim to book your next dental examination (usually 6 months from the previous one) to ensure you get an appointment time suitable for you.  Patients' needs differ and we pride ourselves on ensuring that the length of any appointment is tailored to you.  We will also endeavour to co-ordinate joint appointments with the Dentist and Dental Hygienist wherever possible, to minimize disruption to your busy schedule.  In the event that an emergency arises, we aim to see you the same day.
